a quick little update

Hi Friends!

I haven’t had as much time here this week as I would like to but I am working on some fun new projects that I’m excited to share.

As most of you have noticed, there have been some changes here at cassmillerblog.com since the days that I just shared my photo work. With these changes have brought so much fun and opportunity to my life and I am so excited about this new chapter in my business. The blog is truly a piece of my heart and I’m so happy to share it with the beautiful souls to tune in daily (or weekly, or monthly) and share with me a piece of themselves.

I can’t forget about my first love, photography, though and I am working my little tail off trying to make my photo work and my blog life coexist in a better way.

Along with the whole redesign of this space, we have also merged this blog with my first blog that I have religiously written on to document my growing family. For four years I have kept my photography and personal blog separate but now, here in one place you can find our life beginning in ’08. So if you haven’t had quite enough of the Millers, you can check us out on the archives. Sometimes I roll my eyes or laugh at older posts I’ve written.. I’ve grown and changed so much in these last 5 years, but I can’t tell you what a gift it is to have all those memories written down for me and my family. If you don’t have a blog, seriously consider starting one. It’s such an amazing way to document your family.. and it’s easy! Even if no one reads it, you should be journaling your family as the days go by. You will not regret it!

I am also now offering online mentoring for everyone and anyone who would like a piece of my brain for a few hours. I have focused this mentoring on photoshop whether completely beginner or a seasoned pro who would like to know the tricks up my sleeve, but I can definitely chat business, blogging and camera in these sessions as well. I hope to modify them to each of my mentoree’s needs. 🙂 Photography is something I have such a passion for and I would love nothing more than to share that with anyone who would like to learn.
