My dad had a little concert in Ancestor Square on Thursday night, that’s always fun. I love outside-concert time of year =) Some of my very favorite peeps were there..
Like these two

And these two.
Then on Friday we had a little pre-birthday lunch for Angie at 25 Main. Maizee is so funny these days, she just talks all day long. And she loves Grandpa! After we ate she wanted to go with him, so off they went… They’re a cute little duo, aren’t they?

The 30th birthday bash continued through the weekend, We had coffee in the morning, dinner and a party later Saturday night, and Sunday was all about the pool! Harlo and I have tried to go down to the pool before but it was too windy, and if you know my daughter you know that a windy pool day is not quite her style šŸ˜‰ So this would be her first pool day, and our first FAMILY pool day as well… She looked so cute!
This is Miss Ellemeno in her swimsuit cover-up, how cute is it?! (Thanks Gran)
My first time in Brady’s truck since before I had Harlo! It was a fun little outing.. Harlo liked the truck too, she thought it was cool to be able to see BOTH of us while we were driving.

She actually really liked the water, even though you can’t tell by her facial expression. She kicked her little leggies and was a champ about it being cold!

After that long day we headed up to the cabin (This was a weekend of firsts!) I LOVE the cabin and have been so excited for Harlo to see it. It’s such a fun, cozy little getaway.
Harlo thought it was really fun to have a sleep over with Papa and Nana.. Nana even got up with her in the morning so mommy and daddy could sleep in! We had a really yummy breakfast then Papa took her outside in the swing… Look at my big lady!
She looked like she was having so much fun that Brady decided he needed to re-visit his childhood!!

To finish off Harlo’s very big first trip the mountain, Papa let her sit with him on the “Throne” She liked that very much!

I love long weekends, especially when my husband actually takes advantage of them!
