(Grae mouths mama)

For a couple weeks, Grae has been “mouthing” the word “mama” when you ask her to say mama, or when she sees her mama.  (particularly in the morning or after a few minutes of not seeing her mama.)
I have no idea if this counts as saying her first word, but my word it melts me so I’m going to go ahead and document it!

This week has been a good one!
We’ve been to school every day on time, picked up on time (almost), and had home work turned in (almost) on time.
It’s an improvement, even if it doesn’t sound like one!
I am feeling especially fulfilled and edified this week.
The week after LDS conference weekend seems to do that to me.
I especially especially loved THIS talk on loving people with differences, and THIS talk about strengthening the home with faith.
If you are at all interested in our faith, or wonder what makes it appealing to us; general conference is where you’ll find my answer.
I came away from the weekend with a renewed and inspired heart, and a refreshed love for myself, my family and most importantly, our Heavenly Father.

This week I have focused on catching up on laundry, making dinners, going on a date with my husband, nesting our home, hosting a play date.

Work at home is my favorite kind of work.
And it is such good work.

Happiest weekend to all my sweet, sweet friends!
